Yes, that is true- we didn't spend anywhere near the salary cap 00-03, yet when we did 04-06, it was automatically assumed we were over, when in fact we weren't (due to have room to move)

Heard Charles Slattery has left Westies and training with the dogs. Interesting no real mention of North rorting the salary cap on this thread. But gets defended anyway. Guilty concious maybe ???

I think Charles is training with Centrals.

Surely not, a player from another SANFL club going to Centrals??? Isn't it the case that other clubs poach players from Centrals (e.g. North). I hope someone tells the dogs fans about this - I'm sure they will have an answer to defend this obvious player poach from another club seeing as they have been victims for all these years?

North Adelaide fans certainly have a victim mentality at the moment. It is not always about North boys.

I'd rather have a victim mentality than have the stupidity to generalise thousands of people on one person's opinion (and not being able to quote).

Got a bit confused there with your inability to quote text properly in your response!

Where do you get from my sarcastic dig at Centrals that North have a victim mentality???

I think he's fallen off his horse again or still has a "victim mentality" about the DVD incident a few years back!

I didnt fully quote to save space. Punky defending salary cap when not even brought up. Drebin sarcastic dig at Centrals for picking up another SANFL player. Wonder what motivated this ???? Poor old North fans. Not victims at all.

DVD incident. ???? Im confused Wedgie man. Must say do agree with Wedgie on the Mal argument. $$$$ doesnt always mean success. South 2005. Sturt 2002. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Are you really that thick MD??? Where was the "victim mentality" in my "sarcastic" dig at Centrals seeing as they have a continual crack at North for the number of players who have gone from Centrals to North in the past few years? Not read any of those posts in the past hey? Still with half a brain you would have selective memory wouldn't you? There was that victim mentality or just a personal payout but then again you would be too dumb to see the obvious?

How could westies be accused of cheating the salary cap?

To the clean clubs fans like centrals, eagles and north how many of the westies players would you love to have playing for your team?

I rest my case, these players cant demand their own salary so its impossible for the bloods to be cheating! Good on westies for recruiting this season.
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

Thus my point. Ill explain it slowly to you. You were the victims of such abuse in the past (North having a virtual CDFC reserves side/salary cap rorting) . So now you the victims can feel vindicated in your attack on other clubs. This equals north fans having a victim mentality. Hope you understand Drebin.
