Race 8 at Sandown today, Lakedro. If anyone saw its last run when I posted it on here they would be backing it again. Currently 2.75 fixed, will be doing an all up with Thankgoditsfriday in race 2, and having a small crack at Verdasco in the 7th.

Also expecting offmyfacebook to go good at Morphetville in race 3, hopefully at reasonable odds. Will be right on the pace which always helps on the Parks track. Probably backing it more so because my mate trains in rather than being confident but wouldnt be suprised seeing it salute.

Got to $3.20 fixed odds not long before jumping... I had a small crack at the $2.75 this morning and hammered the $3.20!!!

It was good to see Lakedro do it so easy yesterday, a really good horse worth following. Not many came from the back yesterday on a slow track with a strong headwind in the straight but was able to take up his customary seat towards the back and swamped them when asked.

I backed a horse called Kapu Star a few weeks back which did nothing but another horse in the same race is having another go today. Race 6 at Sale, Te Jay. Wasnt eye catching but didnt have a lot of luck and ran out the distance well. The favourite Over Quota is the obvious danger, and Buddy Amazing should be better suited to the extra distance but isnt racing in his best form.

Think Te Jay should go very close in this standard, last race was set up for the backmarkers as they went quick early which didnt suit Te Jay sitting 5th. Will be backing it each way.
