Oh good, because I'd hate to think they were doing it because I started it  8)

While standing in the ice bath I might have mentioned that the only good thing to come out of a loss for the C grade was that it means EM winning record as coach remains at 0%

Well done to Brahma Lodge on the weekend for there performance against us.. The game was hard fought and played in very good spirits, as has every game thus far this year we have played in..
They took it right up too us, and our attitude towards the whole game was fairly poor, we took it easy and Brahma really showed us you cannot take anyone lightly, cos if your not at your best in this comp, anything can happen..
The feeling after the game was strange, a neutral on looker would've thought that Brahma had won comfortably given the reactions of the respective sides..
We have too put that game behind us and thank our lucky stars we had enough too get over the line, and look too Hectorville this weekend and get our mindset right from the first bounce..

Thanks for the good game and as you said played in very good spirit, even though i missed most of the first quarter on the way back from the B grade at Smithfield it was fun running around having a kick and filling in for the couple of people who pulled out on Saturday morning.

I know the boys were happy to get so close and felt that with a bit of luck in the 4th quarter the game could have swung back the other way quite easily which im sure you guys wouldnt have been expecting coming into the game.

It was played in good spirits, and yeh you blokes definately gave us a fright that we werent expecting. Which is why we probably played a notch or two below where we should be, but all due credit to Brahma, taking nothing away from your effort and endeavour.

I genuinely thought we may get run over in the last qtr when you got within 9 points, but luckily we were able to steady and avoid disaster.

For the record, you didnt miss much in the first qtr mate, just alot of pot shots on goal by us that never looked like going in, and one fluke from the boundary that did haha

I noticed you guys had alot of scoring shots and really hoped we could capitalise on your poor accuracy but it wasnt to be.

Good luck to My Eags on Sat against Uni. Ill be giving the ol busted shoulder a rest for a week maybe two. A win will cement us in top 5 for now, 3-2 will be sweet after the start we had

Luthies got up comfortably unfortunately. Have a good c grade side. Plenty of height and runners.
I'm proud of you fellas. You all kept your head on a swivel, and that's what you gotta do when you find yourself in a vicious cock fight!
