was he suspended, or dropped?

I thought if you were suspended, you couldn't play that code of sport at all.

Its a club imposed sanction.. You cant get ruled ineligible for the Brownlow for staying out to late after a game..

Fact is, he would be playing for Adelaide had he not been caught breaking club rules, therefore he is not dropped..

he was dropped because he broke the rules of the club, if he broke the AFL rules, he would be suspended. anyway, they were dropped, therefore can play.

Grenville Dietrich never got dropped for late nights or rides home in pizza delivery cars.

For the Eagles:
Ins - Banner, Salter, Guilhaus, Rimmington
Outs - Day (injured), Heinjus, Miles, Symmons.

Guilhaus in for Miles is a bit of a surprise I reckon.

Agree we need more pace, and got that with the inclusion of Rimmington and Banner, just Guilhaus for Miles I'm not so sure of.

Looking at the Central team, it's likely a horses for courses selection with Miles. He won't be able to go with Goodrem or any of the other 4 midgets Central have in the forward line who could play at CHF. Greiger will take Schell and McKenzie probably on Henderson.

Guilhaus has performed in the last few weeks so has probably earnt his spot in front of Miles as the 2nd ruckman for now. I reckon Parry/Miles will end up being our ruck combo soon though.

Great to have Salter back and Rimington gets his chance to demand a spot in the league team with the absence of Stewart.
