Re: SAAFL Div 3 & 3R (2010)
Smosh over CBC - 5 goals - Smosh in good form and to take care of CBC
Seaton over Kilburn - 2 goals - Danger game for Seaton
Para Hills over Scotch - 4 goals - PH are the better side - need this to keep their season alive
Mitcham over PAC - 2 goals - PAC are due to lose, seem to be 'getting out of jail' every week!
Old Iggies over Portland - 10+ goals - Portland would have been a chance if it wasnt at Hunter Park. Iggies to run all over them after a dissapointing game last week!

Must be the way he treats his body like a temple and the professional manner in which he prepares himself that has allowed him such a short time out of the game
I'm number 1, so why try harder!!

He resigned at the start of the year, common knowledge, the club wouldnt "accept it", once again common knowledge!
For your information, it was the end of last year and he didnt resign, he just questioned whether he could put in the time required due to family and work commitments - the very reason i chucked my role in. He has since changed jobs, so the travel he used to do frequently is no longer an issue. If by body language, you mean disappointed in losing, well then yes, you are right. He doesnt like losing, but who does.I know first hand how much time and effort he puts in to the job, so take your cr@p elsewhere DD - you know sweet FA !!!
Over the past 6 or so weeks Felch you have posted apologies on how you either couldnt make the game or see the game out, how would you know what he felt or how he reacted after a loss?????
Because i speak to him on a regular basis, thats how. I have never 'apologised' for not being there either, sometimes i get to see some games, other times i dont. Stiff sh!t, my choice.
Hey Felch rumour doing the rounds at the start of the season was Thornton quit at the end of last year only to get talked into it with a Plasma. Apparently the boys rocked up at his house with a new plasma and he couldnt resist taking the reigns again. Quality coach and he is good for you boys. Very passionate about his footy

Re: SAAFL Div 3 & 3R (2010)
5/5 tips this week. just extending the lead at the top of the tips!
PAC put away Mitcham pretty easily yesterday. i do see how the hawks can be dangerous though, their 2 big forwards in the FF line both have great hands and kicks from set shots.
the umpiring shambles where in full flight though both teams were so frustrated by one of the blokes. its as if they have been told they they have to make a decision EVERY contest. its painful

dunno how many he got, would have been 8 or 9 in the end?
he is almost unstopable.
Take him out of there side and I think Iggies are just as good as the other top few teams Ive seen.
get on board the thunder train!!!

Re: SAAFL Div 3 & 3R (2010)
I thought the B grade PAOC v Mitcham game was the best club umpiring Ive seen in a while, but I only saw it from the sidelines of course
The Mitcham B Grade have been up there for a long time - the blokes are strong and stick to their guns the entire game.
I cant believe how many tackles stuck. I dont reckon we broke a tackle in the entire game

As a Para Hills player i know only too well how good Mitchams B grade is, its fair to say they are our bogey side come finals, they are a very strong unit who play very well as a team, i reckon every Para Hills player wants some redemption this year. The only thing is i just hope we make the finals to try and get one back on em.
Get that corn outta my face!!

Re: SAAFL Div 3 & 3R (2010)
Decent game of footy against CBC. They're a pretty good side, and very well drilled, as you would expect with someone of Jarmans Stature (figuratively!) coaching. Very even side, with really only Douglas as the standout. He was probably the best player on the field. And I was probably the worst!
How is is the big fella Phan (sp. likely) Flipper? Looked like a pretty nasty Knee he went down with. Although he didn't have a great game on the weekend, He seems to be a pretty important player for you guys.
Disappointing for us, but was a tough game of footy. Have to work hard to get back on the winner list this week.
Good win by PAC. Mitcham are capable of some good footy.
