South with an easy 20 goal win over Centrals today, led by 9 goals at 1/4 Time and relaxed a little in the second quarter but kicked away in the second half. Trewren kicked 8 and Gerardis 6 after having 5 at 1/4 Time. Centrals will be lucky to win a game, very undermanned and not a lot of depth in the club judging by a massacre in the Ressies aswell.
Did hear that the Bombers got home in a tight one despite the Dogs having more shots on goal

The sooner they give Tylor the boot and reinstate Greenwood
the better they will be.

How's Tylor's job looking now? Brook/Days chat to the Freeling hierachy and Tylor is there for the season.

Freeling were superb today and delivered what is expected. Locals are happy with the direction in what Mark Tylor is taking the redlegs. Rhys Clinton was excellent in the air and Horsell kicked an average of 5 again. Not sure why he needs the headband??? only has a slight fringe. Donnys are up and down like a yo yo and cant expect to play finals footy after that display. Good to hear Sam Waton has instigated the weekly SAfooty Forum discussion on trippleBBB FM. Look forward to next weeks edition.

Interesting round of footy
Willaston again pretenders and questions on imports and there committement-rumor has them not training and club does nothing about it.
Freeling are better than they have been playing and good to see them have a win on Saturday over the Donnies.
Went and watched the LIons and Tigers as Tanunda had the bye and Centrals where terrible and did not seem to have any desire all day.
South should have won by 35 goals and they would have been disappointed they did not hammer Centrals by more.
Centrals have no height with Howard and Souter out and had small bodies up against bigger men.
Foldesdy was good and he is hard at the ball and picks up touches all over the ground.
Kapunda are the big winners from the round accounting for Barossa and with big Buckets back watch out they may be the team to get close to the Magpies.
Not sure on Nuri as I thought they would win by a big margin over Ango.
Bring on next week.
Has the Eastern Zone squads been announced?

Dukes not seen a lot of him but I know some people from Willaston that are really disappointed with his contribution so far.
Got 5 goals against Angaston but otherwise poor result's in other games.
Been told he is not very effective once the ball hits the ground and needs the ball lace out or no second efforts.
Thought he would have been a star in the BLG comp.

This weeks winners

Days will try and get it right this week only got to grade 7 at Tanunda Primary before they showed me the door and Dad said out in the vines you go young man waste of money sending you to Faith.

Willaston v Kapunda:Kapunda by 5 goals-Willaston may have up to 4 out from last week Taylor, Childs, Williams and Whiston
Strong rumor last night at the pub Donnies on the hunt for several players-would not waste my time as they are not going to be a player in the 2012 finals
Ang v Centrals-could decide the wooden spoon for 2012 this game-Ango at home by 3 goals
South v Tanunda- will be South's big test and after the Mighty Maggies belt them they may go back in their shell-One thing in there favour is Tanunda do not play that small oval well-Tan by 8 goals
Bar v Nuriootpa - barossa need to win this one at home or join Willaston in missing out on finals action in 2012- would not be surprised if Nuri got up- Injuries hurting Bulldogs and if no Jenkins, Moore, Christie and Angus Nuri will get up in a close one by 10 points

Went to the HFL from a Div 1 SAAFL club, became lazy and it's not done him any favours. Over rated and probably overpaid too!

Belated congratulations to Doecke and Hadden on their 300 and 350th games respectively. Both long BL&G servants, Sammy Ryan to join them in a few weeks time. One interesting statistic was Doecke accumulating a total 120 Linke/Schluter votes over 20 seasons. One thinks this BL&G record would only be rivaled by Eddie Schwerdt and Mark Pitty.

South v Tanunda - Tanunda stil hold the mantle as the best side in country footy and will give the Lions a rality check. Wells v Paget will be a carcking match-up.
Willaston v kapunda - With all the outs for the home team, expect Kapunda to come out with aggression and should shatter the Donnybrooks dreams.
Barossa District v Nuriootpa - This shapes as a really even contest, but you have to give the home side slight favouritism especially on their own swamp land.
Angaston v GC - The best chance for the Tigers to snap their losing streak, and if any game is winnable it is this one. The likely return of Howard could bring them the chocolates.

Hard fought game at the Den today with the Blockies getting up by 15 points with a goal after the siren. Real close all day with only a goal or two seperating the sides all day. Cant fault Souths effort but skill errors cost a victory, Tanunda remained composed even after going behind midway through the final quarter and finished off the stronger side.

Seems as though Centrals interesting training during the week paid dividends, maybe they should get on the piss and bring in strippers more often. Honestly couldnt see them winning a game, whats going on at Angaston?
