Im hearing unless your an ex afl player at shoe land your opinion doesnt count according to the coach.

All is not what it seems down at the $hoe...

Seems to be that Me-Ton may not have the support of the entire playing group.

I am told the bubble is at maximum inflation, expect a big bang, sooner rather than later, $hoe$ in trouble, the unhappy campers (players) can't keep things inhouse, things are in a bad way! This year will set the $hoe$ back a couple.

Can anyone from Reynella explain the reasoning behind not allowing a player to transfer to another club to play this week? A loyal club junior that has been left to the wayside by recruiting just wants to better his footy and is being kept out of the game.

What happened to the culture change at Reynella?

Few points to note out of a quiet Renyella camp. Semple (home grown junior) off to McLaren, when he finally gets cleared, I ask, what is Early achieving by holding his clearance back for 1 week..?? Appears as if some home grown juniors are not getting the opportunities due to “imports” coming into the side, Ware, Billings, Porties recruit etc etc. Thought Early’s theme was short term pain long term gain, build a club culture whereby you stick with and have faith in your junior program and play blokes that WANT to be successful, not guys who think they would like success, big difference between the 2 IMHO..?? Appears the short sightedness has taken hold AGAIN and Reynella are no different to years gone by. I also hear players speaking to each other about match payments is becoming a problem..!!

Not having a crack P32 but he probably did the same amount of preseason as Milo, double standards?? It is not as though he is sitting on the couch during summer, maybe the coach could of set some parameters about what he needed to do to play A grade, communication issues seem to be a theme coming out of Oval Rd at present.

I hope you get to reap the rewards otherwise all the hard work would of been a waste of time.

milo made 12 just in pre season to be honest and another lad who played in semps cricket team made all pre season sessions ,its happened thats that,all the best to semps.

I nearly made a joke earlier about Semple not wearing the black pants and shoes as a reason. The sad thing with some of the comments is talk of how many trainings he attended since October !!!!.

Therein lies the problem, the committment for blokes who still enjoy a summer sport is getting too great and I think some clubs have to pull their head in with what they expect of A grade players. I heard he was only seen at the Vic because he was picking up his girlfriend

Semple was the difference against the Bombers in last years prelim with his 4 goals from half-forward and I thought he was instrumental in Reynella getting back into the GF for a period in the 3rd qtr. Reynella have lost a very good player and a family name that's been around the RFC for alot longer than the name of their Coach and many of their support staff. 33 years and counting Winey's.
