Yes it is Pick Your Own Line but I think it is only available on Centrebet.

How it works:

Bookies put out their own lines and are normally paying $1.90 or so - basically where they think the game is 50/50... But you can pick your own line. Say the 50/50 line is 30 points if you go them to win by say 40 points you might get $2.50 instead of the $1.90...
