in a similar vein, it is no co-incidence that the Angaston B-grade is thriving this year with the
return of the great white hope Benny Burgess to the playing ranks.
Also, how about the return of the Man of Iron Craig Harvey on the weekend, slots into the best 1st game back,
No doubt the umpires found a vote or 2 for their old favourite somehow.

Stewie hanging on the success of the B grade now, I can't see Harvey getting any votes since there where about 15 Tanunda players in front of him.

A grade is far from done yet, would want to get some sort of momentum in the next 3 weeks though.
Has been many, many years since we COULD talk about our B-Grade, usually they are the very ugly sister,
admittedly it is still just Reserves football and not the premiership a club would be chasing.
Thanks for taking my post seriously though Swoop, would be intrigued as to the 6 Tanunda players that would've
been behind him?????? The 2nd half was a train-wreck. Was still a good return by the BL&G's most lovable player.

I think he is a good match up on Hahn because of his body shape and closing speed. Will have some strength to compete when it hits the ground. The thing about Hahn is that hes not a one trick pony as he can kick goals in a variety of ways. Buhlmann would be a good option to, although Id play him in front of Hahn, so they have to lift their kick and not flat on the lead. Either way he will be hard to stop. The mids will have to do their bit.

McMillian doesnt have a defensive bone in his body!! Definately a forward come pinch hitting midfielder and is very dangerous on his day. Hahn would take him to pieces IMHO

Listen2me sounds like you are a bit soft didn't see anything dirty on saturday only a Tanunda player atempt to push him into the dangerously close fence to the boundary line.
Although he likes you to keep 1 eye on him and 1 on the ball have seen a few blokes hesitate around the ball when he is about.

Disagree with you there Listen2me... Much respect for the hard unit, I found out the hard way when I tried to line him up. Blue collar work rate can be mistaken. Good to hear he had a good come back. Stewie Griffen... I hear Benny Parish is training with you chaps, tell him i'm missing his services.

Bluey did actually stand him in the second half of a game last year , and kept him goalless in a losing side. He actually started on him on Saturday but twinged his hammy in the first quarter. Dwayne Shaw took him and kept him to 1 in the first 3 quarters, although he did sneak away for 3 in the last. Very hard to keep him down all day. Scooter was heard to say to his team mates at the huddle to put it out to me on the lead, as he is too strong in the one on one contests ( Bluey that is )

Benny Parrish has fit in well at training for Ango, is a good bloke so he is right at home,
Sure, we don't have any Crays but the Dams are full of Yabbies.
By the looks of it he is having the same sort of big impact at Robe that the majestic David Green had
at Hatherleigh, would be good if those 2 were to match up on eachother down there.
Is sad that a few of you lads look at guys like Harvey and Bascombe and see the small part of their game
which is intimidation and miss the footballing ability that Harvey has and Bas still has a little of.

Stewie, How do you go seeing in the dark. Cause I reckon your head is that far up the a**e of these Angaston boys that you would stuggle to see any daylight.

Stewie, we all know you cant put Harvey and Bascombe in the same boat with the fear factor.
Bascombe has the intimidation factor that no one has had since the great Malcolm Mullet McGrath.
Harvey sleeps with the light on, if you compare them.

You just answered the other peanuts question.....
I don't have to see in the dark coz C.Harvey sleeps with the light on.
I would've thought having a little love and respect for your team-mates would be considered a good thing.
You need the love at Ango for those cold Tuesday night trainings.
No more questions.
