Anyone from this league know anything about Lobethal possibly joining in 2011? Relegation is in the Hills Football League this year and Lobethal are in danger of being sent to Country Div. There's are rumour that suggests if Lobethal are relegated they will leave the HFL all together and join BL & G. Sounds like just a threat to me but if true some of your clubs could be doing some big road trips.

Not in the Barossa, Light or Gawler region, so no they won't be.

I heard a rumour that Andamooka and Ceduna wanted to join our league as well,
not looking forward to those road trips. We will get to visit the scenic town of Thevenard though
which is enough to get Basco interested, apparently has a few former girlfriends out that way.
Ins & Outs will be interesting for Ango V Nuri this week, apparently the General had to be medivac'd off
the front-line last Saturday and may be in sick-bay for a couple, hopefully the rest of the troupe can rally without him.

Kent who?
If he is then I am being kept in the dark.
Lucky i am not Craig Harvey, apparently hates the dark.
The General is out, I know that much, Kurtzy is back, Basco is running around like he is chasing tail in Thevenard,
Is it spring already?

I know KIngsley has lodged a clearance, so he will probably play eventually.
Can anyone tell me does the league get the money for the gate takings at minor round games, or the home club ?

Bar over Free by 24 points - Freeling will give some cheek, but not ready to challenge the top 3 YET
Kap to defeat South by 6 - anybodys game, but its hard to win out there for away teams
Ango v Nuri by 32 ( The mudlarks will love it , Decker BOG)
GC over Will by 78 ( Scooter will have a day out, poor old Donnies are decimated at the moment, although Moss has looked good, but lacks support. The Donnies are proof that most teams, probably apart from Tanunda, are only half a dozen injuries to the wrong players from really struggling.

Bar v Free - The Redlesg will give the Bulldogs a run but to they'll fell short, bar by 26pts.
Kap v SG - Toss of a coin here. Are the Turrells playing this weekend?, Kap by 12 pts.
Nuri v Ang - Panthers are hungry for win to get back in the top four, expect them to romp home, Ang by 30 pts.
Will v GC - Will maul them, GC by 90pts.

yep 7.7 in angastons huge 100+ point win over nuri, is this the end of staffords second coming? alot of nuri players looked disinterested today considering what was on the line for the winner

I reckon the top three are set - but 4th is any ones at this stage.

I don't think Ango will get 4th - I think they will choke.

looking at someone down the table a bit lower at this stage.

dont be silly smack, ango will finished 4th and from where i'm sittting will play off i the G.F.
Special K to play another few games to qualify and cause enough head aches for lubs come finals.
thought the most damaging thing to come from todays games was the pairing of harvey and the b-train in the middle in the second half, quality midfielders with a hard edge all clubs wish they had!
pre-season predictions will pre-vail go you panthers

Was a class act Kingo yesterday, you don't play 130-odd AFL games by chance,
His presence alone gave the boys a spark and the belief we can beat anybody,
with Stewy White and the General to return the Panthers are right in the mix.
Meanwhile, a team that is no longer in the mix is Mike Teakles dreamteam,
what a stench that outfit is omitting at the moment, hopefully his coaching 'prowess' is
a little better for todays over 35's game.
The rumour that Ango's 3 players from the current A-grade that have surpassed the 35 mark will be backing up today could
not be further from the truth.

If you think that Bascombes going to run through the middle and win you a final, you've got cream cheese between your ears. Sleeps with the light on these days and gets most of his kicks whilst he gets chalk on his boots ;)
As for Kent we might have to rename him Kieron after Kieron Pollard. I hear he flew in from The Carribbean for the game, good work if you can get it, the vineyard over there must be going well.
Good to see the Ango boys get chirpy again after smashing uncle Ians boys, they go pretty quiet when they get rolled. The weekly posts get halved when that happens :)

drifter- he even looks a bit like pollard, bit too much time in the solarium me thinks.
i think u put kent into the side against barossa and centrals and angaston win those matches so yeah pre season predictions are right on track, bascombe starting to go through the middle is a just the "cream cheese" on top. he will be cherry ripe by the finals if he remains injury free and thats a big if but definitely could be the wildcard

as for the ango posters getting chirpy they have something to be chirpy about unlike the red legged ones. skip and yourself and your other close mate mohommad have been very quiet, unusual for u to post after an ango win ;)
