Conditions are as bad as I have ever seen and that is no reflection on Ango's oval, it would have been bad at all venues. Result could have gone either way, can't quite agree with Days with a muddy oval suiting Barossa next week as they will be absolutely buggered after this weeks game, GC must have been licking their lips when they saw the battle that was going on and I don't think they would have got any taticals moves from either side.
Results are similar right through the Hills and Mid North, they even called the game off at Melrose yesterday after players got hypothermia.

I've seen some wet days at the fish bowl, but yesterday's game was the third worst in 42 years of playing and watching football at Angaston.
2003 - Angaston v's Kapunda, hail, lightning and 2 inches of rain during the game.1970 - Back in the Brian Hurn, Graham Johnston and Kym Reid days.
2010 - Tanunda v Barossa

Strong word is that Seelander is to be reappointed and the club is just going through formalities of the constitusion.
Interesting to see the % of coaches who keep their jobs after having to reaply.I would think not to many.
Who knows he may even end up at Tanunda.

no idea fatsy, my rumor mill is starting to throw all sorts of rabbits out of the hat.
I am putting all my eggs into a Freeling style deal to lure over Scooter Hanh as captain coach. With him on board Willaston could double their total score from 2010 and be a real chance.
