Well done to everyone involved

Tallan Leighton wins the Two Wells B&F and didnt get a vote in the APFL Mail Medal

Tall was also in the association side, in the best in one of the games, played Zone and in the best there also .... he is hard running, tough little blondy who stands out as well - got me stuffed ....

That is correct Wangas Tallan didn't poll a vote in the APFL medal, but he was cleary Two Wells best player in season 2010 and had a very consistant year and is a deserving winner of the best and fairest. Multiple best and fairest winner Lee Allmond lead the count early on Friday Night but missed many games with injury in the second half of the season. Lee Allmond was Two Wells highest vote getter in this years APFL medal count but Lee is a very flashy player and with his deadly left boot I can see why he attracts votes from the umpires. You only have to look at Chris Judd winning this years Brownlow medal. Allmond missed nearly half of Two Wells matches and probably didnt play as well as last season yet was still polled well in the Producer Medal.

Matty Slade is a strong tip to play at Virginia next season but only if Greg Phillips coaches on.

Care to give a ball park figure as far as renumeration goes? You may as well MH, cos knowing what this forum is like, people love to try to discredit new recruits by claiming they are on way more than they probably are.........

I guess he couldn't get a kick for Pulteney in Div 5 so with what he saw in the Prelim the standard must be around Div 6-7, that gives him confidence. ;)

you could prob put this at 1000$ considering he resigned from the postion after the hummocks game. I know whos my money on ;)

What odds for Ian Perrie, Fog Horn?

Yea I saw the Sarge getting around Virginia Oval on Saturday afternoon. His dog was nearly as big as him :D Perrie was watching Chris 'Bubba' Christofis play in Reserves on Saturday, Bubba is an electrican by trade and do a bit work together with Perrie's business. Perrie would be a big target up forward for the Roosters but I hope his kicking for goal has improved since his days with the Crows :D Perrie played in a Premiership for Pultney Old Scholars in 2009 but they missed the finals this season so he could be worth a small wager especially if he's spotted at Balaklava Oval on Saturday :o

Ian 'Sarge' Perrie $7.60

Did anyone cash in at $7.60

With the signing of the Sarge, are TW going all out in their 100th year next season and break their premiership drought which I'm led to believe extends over 20 years.

I hear IP got a $5k sign on payment and will get a further $20k+ during the season.
Why dont two wells spend big coin like that on facilities first then once have them up to scratch spend it on the players. :?
At least Virginia, Mallala, United have great facilities so if they spend big coin on players like they do nobody can really bag them.
I'm sick of having to go to that shit hole of a place only to see them waste big dollars like this. Put a decent shower in FFS!
