With the signing of the Sarge, are TW going all out in their 100th year next season and break their premiership drought which I'm led to believe extends over 20 years.

I hear IP got a $5k sign on payment and will get a further $20k+ during the season.
Why dont two wells spend big coin like that on facilities first then once have them up to scratch spend it on the players.
At least Virginia, Mallala, United have great facilities so if they spend big coin on players like they do nobody can really bag them.
I'm sick of having to go to that **** hole of a place only to see them waste big dollars like this. Put a decent shower in FFS!

nah its true. He ws at the prelim to check out the standard and he liked what he saw.

Hopefully he will be "watching" at all the finals next year Nah in all honesty I think TW have done a fantastic job to lure Perrie, its def what the Roosters need, an injection of enthusiasm to compliment thier confidence. Knowing there arent too many other attractions with coaching at TW, I just hope that the $$$ spent on the big man, doesnt result in another 'almost year' for the Roosters, 20 years is a long time without success and with the current squad of talent available, anything less than a few flags would be a huge disappointment. Alf Steed is the other big key for the Roosters in 2011, if he stays and stays fit, they will worry a few teams in the final four.

bit harsh isnt it there swamp? I'd think the attraction would be the majority of the A grade team being under 22 years of age. How many teams besides the recent dynasty of Hummocks can say they have had a strong group of talent play so long with each other and are know established A graders? not many. The pieces of the puzzle remain with the recruiting.

Dogs by 23 points: Gowans' boys notch up #9 and one of them to take home BOG again!

Nah it can be discounted. Perrie was only out at the Prelim to watch chris christofis who was doing work for him apparently. I didn't think it would cause a stir and if i knew wangas was going to be offended by some fun I may have to re-think future bullshitting! Huh! Been reading this crap for a long time now, know for a fact Mallala do pay big bucks my brother-in-law is playing there definitely on big bucks but does love playing finals footy!
