Probably saw my name playing. My pies bring all the batters to the pitch... I think.

We don't either Tubby, Tony rang me Thursday. The option was no umpire, someone not up to Sec 1 standard (ie Neil who I gave a 0 in the report to last year) or someone who didn't get a game for SACA, meaning there either that bad they don't get a women's game or a young kid.

Just hope Doubleday is under 150 when you get him...

Re: Adelaide and Suburban Cricket Association 2010/11
Playing with water around a sprinkler part is a not on. Hence our game not being played. Also one run up was pretty water logged aswell.
Never a chance for a game. Just needed JC's blow dryer out and we may have got under way. If JC was not only available today, the game would have been cancelled earlier!

You can thank Morphies mate and club legend Geoff Hardy for that, spends bugger all time on Plympton oval, if he and his crew of donkeys where to do something about the build up of sand etc around the pitch im sure we would be playing. So if you wanna say its no good, speak to him about it and mention that we(Plympton) are sick of talking to him to undertake various tasks to the oval only to be showen the door....
Actually just goes to show how much he actually does know when last season he spread 10 tonnes of MULCH on the oval. Did sand cost to much to top dress last season r was it all used at Morphies Oval?????
