I understand he will be training at Two Wells on Tuesdays, United on Thursdays on the weeks he is playing for United. The alternate weeks when he is playing for the Roosters he will train at United on Tuesdays and Two Wells on Thursday. Two Wells vs United should be programmed for 3 games next season, I believe he is playing for each side once and standing out for the 3rd (just to keep it fair). Needless to say this arrangement has sent the Board into a flap because apparently there is no rule they can find which can stop it happening .......

Hamley have 15 points going by MC's spreadsheet he put up not long ago. The points are worked out by where the player played last year. e.g. AFL 5, SANFL 4, div 1-3 3 points, div 4-7 2 points 2 or 3 points for being a consistant A grader from another country league and minus 1 if u have an under 17. I reckon Hamley used a good chunk of those points last and would only expect a couple more quaility recruits heading their way. especially after offering players 600 a game the must enjoy going broke!

I don't believe wangas so I'd doubt that I'd believe foggy and knowing who the clubs trying to recruit i know wangas was trying for a bite but seemingly failed in his attempts!!

I think with the recruits they talked about in the paper this would equal 13 points. It also mentioned 1 more possible player which would take them to 16 but if they played a colt this would bring them back to 15.

Apparently Hamley would have a good case to apply to the CFL for additional points on top of their 15, but they are not going to do that cause they can't afford to pay anyone else. It sounds to me like these recruits sort of come as a package deal, which Hamley will need to tread pretty carefully, cause if they lose one they might lose them all.

If they all hang around for 5-10 years though then it is a very smart piece of recruting by the Bombers!
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

who cares about what Perrie and Carr are doing the big news from the bridge is that former goalkicking great and hard man Barry Burgess is returning. That will send shivers down the spine of the fullbacks around the league

With that said, the Bombers are firming as a real September contender.
Christmas has come early for Sponge.
