Adelaide Hills Cricket (Hills, A&EH, TV)

Local cricket is the go here. Any talk about local comps, grade cricket, etc.

What are the thoughts on this weeks meyer shield? I think A&EH will be a stronger proposition than previous years as James May, Ben Judd, Greg Hassold and Ben Warren have all made themselves available. Should be a much stronger team than last year which featured the likes of Trevor Potts, Matt Jaensch and Curtis Perrey (whoever that is??).
Hills still favourites though in my book.

RB00 ... Final Meyer rankings ... Torrens Valley, A&EH, Murray Towns, Hills, Invitational XI, Southern, Great Southern and KI. (Last 2 failed to win a game). Southern lost to Murray Towns by 6 wickets before beating Great Sthrn in the consolation match on Saturday. A&EH put one of their best sides on the park, reflected on their best performances for a decade finishing r-up.
Hills missed players on Saturday, but really didn't play well against Torrens Valley.
Hills glory now rests on Under 21s who will meet Torrens Valley in this Sunday's final at Uraidla.
Handy side on offer with Sinclair, Dunbar, Tonkin, Evans, Milburn and Dellatorre in good batting form, while Furber, Bowler, Pistola, Sinkers and Price expected to carry the bowling stocks.
Mite be needed against the likes of Tyson Rathjen and Keith McLelland.

Any relation to the McLelland who played hills during the 80's (I think he may also have played state cricket) and bowled at about 300kph?

Good to see TVCA prove once again which is the strongest league in the hills (despite our smaller population)
SAFC- 60 years...
