Hard for APFL clubs to compete with neighbouring associations at times. Some crazy money getting around the place.

This isnt happening from what I believe. Had offered his services to Wallaroo but they said no as they had signed the 3 salisbury north guys and are still looking for a ruckman. Only possibility may be based around a league meeting in the coming weeks and another review of the points system...

The new point system is great. Should help the clubs that have abit of money to throw around. I think its 15 points per club an no limit on outside players. That ill help the bloods out. The winning grand final side was a total of 6 points. Add leigh Treeby into the midfield for 9 points.

100% correct

Cutting is the better out of the 3, might be a bit slow after his illness this year but will kick plenty goals, Jordan is a bit over rated, good player but not sure if he warrants the kinda money that has been suggested. In saying that, they should both go pretty well in this league.

Cutting is training already, he is more pumped than he has been in any season, i think it might have something to do with getting the best news he could get from the doctors last week that he has fully recovered from his illness. I'll say 100 goals is on the cards.

Jordan will be very very good value out there, if both are fit and in full flight then i think opposition teams will find it hard to keep them both quiet!

Goodluck to the boys out there, hope it all works out for them and Moonta, you've done well ;)

Yer the points system as voted in monday night i think. Ive played a little footy with dean before, was and still is a very handy wingman. If moona were to spend good money on players, they really need a good quality ruckman. The young bloke they have struggled a little by himself. A dangerous forward Zwar cant be everywhere. I hope the three new bloke help moona win more then three games.

Who do you think the APPS will help the most Westy....as clubs may not have budgeted for more than 4 imports..

Not too sure, clubs might have money but not willing to spend? The problem with the system is that some clubs might implode. I think Kadina is at risk with this. Getting 5 to 6 outside players that push good young locals out of a A grade side. That would be a diarster for a clubs future, especially if outside players only hang around for a year or two. Hampering young blokes devlopment and then they move to another club. Noone wins.
I think clubs like Pasky, Southern eagles and Bute will benefit from the points system were locals are hard to find.

Any truth to the rumor AFL draft nominee Charlie McAdam has been linked to play at Kadina this coming season?

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Westy, can you enlighten me as to what you mean by "no limit on outside players"? Do you mean no limit on wingman and wide receivers or recruits from other leagues

Ricky Hunter also a slight chance.

Boys from Salis Nth will be very handy, especially Jordan.

Add ROhan bock to teh returning moonta players as well.

The bloods side should stay them same. Noone has gone from the premiership side. Eddie will play at centrals again. He got himself real fit this year. The Mcadam hasnt even come up at Kadina yet. Bysides Lawson i think the bloods will get Rodda from Pasky and so close to getting Langford from bute. The outside player thing is no limits on players who dont live in the YP area.
