sorry Lads, the 30th is out because of a prevoius booking. Have booked both of the grounds for the 23rd.
Because it is a fundraiser, the Port Adelaide Enfield council has waived the fee for these ovals. Remember, one of these ovals
is turf so they are saving us some serious $$. so thanks.
How is this date for everyone?
BTW: i know a butcher who will donate everything

How many associations are getting involved in this day?

I have sent Duck Mann a message about trying to make it inter association games of Under 21, Seniors and Over 35's.

What are peoples thought on this concept?

Duckmann has gone off to earn some $$$ and will have a look at responses later.

Is there anyways we can sell booze and drinks on the day...dont know how licker licenses operate but we could make a squillion if we could.....oh oh and a golf cart to take drinks out to the players.....imagine that 40-60 players will drink 3 cans per 20 overs in the field + 3-5 cans per batting 20 overs and times that by 5 games.....not sure what that all equals but im sure its a heap of cans.

Like PG said in a previous post, get all involved to sign a waiver before they play.
