Is there anyways we can sell booze and drinks on the day...dont know how licker licenses operate but we could make a squillion if we could.....oh oh and a golf cart to take drinks out to the players.....imagine that 40-60 players will drink 3 cans per 20 overs in the field + 3-5 cans per batting 20 overs and times that by 5 games.....not sure what that all equals but im sure its a heap of cans.

Can get around the liquor issue by making them 'donations' rather than sales..

On the subject of other Associations joining in, the concept is great, but the reality of getting everyone organised by 23/1 would be a logistical nightmare. I'd recommend keeping it between PDCA & C&CCA, and if ATCA & ASCA want to do something, they can organise it. Just my two bob's worth.

If it is staying with PDCA & C&CCA what about my earlier proposal of Over 35's, Under 21's and then Seniors, it would open it up to all clubs in both associations and players that want to play.
Would C&CCA have enough players to get 3 sides together?

What about a poker run type thing. After each game you can buy a card for a dollar until everyone has thier 5 cards....the winner gets a bottle of spirits or something that has been donated
