Is the plan to have the auction between the first 2 matches and the 1st Xl's match?

If the next 5 days are as 'unreal' as the last 4-5 days, it's just gonna be nuts! ;) Awesome work duck-mann! "Build it and they will come.." - never a truer staement made.. 8)

Just waiting for confirmation from my bro', who has offered to donate all the ice we need for the day. ;)

40 bags of ice has been confirmed. ;)

He'll most likely drop it off in a freezer container, which he'll drop off next to the changeroom block with his truck, so we just to make sure he can get the truck in down the back of the carpark and make sure we can run an extension cord to the changeroom to plug it in and keep the ice frozen during the course of the day. Then we just grab it whenever we need it. 8)

Not sure how many power points we have access to in the change room... we need one for the bouncy castle and one for the DJ as well :-? I only saw 1 double power point in there the other day but we only had a quick look.... hopefully there is a 2nd one around the place....

No worries mate. ;)

My eldest step-daughter found these guys on the 'net, who attended one of their younger half-sister's birthdays not long ago and did a good job. Might be worth a quick email to see if they're free & keen to help out, if you haven't teed up another balloon-animal maker, that is..?? :)

Havent organised bread yet hearder because i know it wont be an issue - if you can get some from buttercup that would be great.

well done on getting the ice too thats fantastic!

Well done duckmann for getting so much stuff to auction. Doing a fantastic job , its going to be a great day!!

special mention also must go to JS Sports for organising the shirts and the hats. Its never ceases to amaze me how
generous some people and companies can be. well done!

There is over 33s PDCA v C&CCA curtain raiser as well. Players needed to register their interest with Goat Herder & Duck-mann.

U23's vs Imparja will be on the bottom oval and Over 33's on the top oval, both matches being played at 11am.

And no, not just any ol' bum off the street can play Magpies.. ;) For the record, the C&CCA component of the U23's has been finalised (see earlier post by Phantom); the C&CCA 1st Xl is finalised (waiting on 1 confirmation) and the Over 33's is just about finalised too, just waiting on confirmation from 3 players. 8)
