I have heard that Dennis Eaton has role at Virginia this year in some coaching capacity. I know Denno has a lot of footy smarts but am surprised a club would want to be associated with him after the alleged reason for his messy departure at Two Wels a couple of years ago.

Care to expand on this one Woofa?

Eaton played a year for Balak (2000 I think) then coached the year after then that was it for him with the Peckers. the reason for leaving us was that he had the coaching job the next year but his wife was going to be back playing netball at Two Wells and Denno couldn't comit to staying around the club after matches as you'd expect your senior coach to do so he was told his services weren't required.

yeah Dennis has got a role at Virginia this year. Dennis has got alot of football knowledge and experience in the APFL and Virginia is happy for Dennis to be on board. Has brought a lot of voice at training and leadership. Not sure on the other stuff woofa can only comment about the present.

Fair enough, i don't have all facts and thought i would get some on here but good luck to him. He certainly does know footy.

Really, I've heard a few clubs have been palming him off.
