LM - alas its across the board with many sports this apparent lethargy that many kids have towards sport (particularly structured sport). Give them a skate/surf board and thats a different matter. Hang tough mate as you are not alone...

Good Luck to all clubs and hopefully we can work something out.

Well said, next topic.

Yes that is correct, and even if it is not a rumour, just let clubs sort it out, its easy to sink the boot in when a club is on its knees like smithfield may well be. We were there and tried to keep it as quiet as possible.

Next time though, smithfield can go **** itself, thanks LM.

even with those losses if they keep williams martinello and a few others they will go ok in div 5. maybe not premiership contenders but certainly hold their own i would think.

I heard Mickan, Corbett and 2 other onballers. That was from a Lockleys player. He also said there were some lads from the country looking at settling in adelaide and they were hopeful they would sign with them. That was back in November though...

Mickan off to Goolwa/Pt Elliot, clearance pending.

You'll have to look through the clearance pages for each individual country league to see any movement of players coming in and out of the SAAFL at the moment. Not sure when the SAAFL will start theirs.

Sorry to here things aren't going that well at the moment LM, did you ever think of trying to get Andy to start his senior coaching role maybe as a 'B' grade coach and helping Joss out with the "a' as he is a playing coach.

Word from LM is that all is good and Smiffys will be on the park this year, albeit with a few changes to the coaching panel.

He said that there were about 35 odd at the meeting tonight who were keen to commit but will let him tell you more when he's on next.

It's a good start but they are going to need more than 35 blokes or they will struggle for numbers in the "b" grade again if they receive a lot of injuries. If there is coaching change where as Joss gone who has taken over LM or Footy Chick?

Are the Seaton players that jumped onboard with Rosewater midyear heading back to Seaton this year, Matz - Cavanagh etc?
