Had the unfortunate experience of attending a Hills A-grade game the other week. Found it rather distasteful given the verbal actions of one particular side to another. It was a very hot day and the batting Mt Lofty side, particularly the captain, came under plenty of verbal barrage because they wanted a drink. One particularly obnoxious fieldsman carried on like the proverbial, and also fired up when the Redcaps made mention of his fielding prowess. Does this sort of behavior occur regularly. Surely the umpires should take a line. What happended to the gentleman's game?

Yeah Dutchy good to see Inside 50 retained, but more importantly Tommy Maslin makes a return to the team after a blazing 49* in the super D's.

well the Lofty redcaps cleaned up STanleys today with a comphrensive victory putting them into 4th place and will only be moved if they lose to Joleby and Shanty (unlikely)...heard Stirling and the Gate lost today so maybe a 3rd spot isnt out of the question?

Heard Stilring got bowled out for 70 odd against Mylor, the mylor passed the score with overs still to play and Stirling walked off!!!! poor form, also heard the Stirling C grade could only get 9 players together last week and this side sits 2nd!!!!

Sweety is a classic bloke, I do believe he told that Avery bloke to come with him the next day and he will buy him a bat that had a middle then next ball hit him to the fence.

Plus SCIB's A grade a little bit cocky going for the outright win and coming off 2nd best. really good SCIB's

Sweety is harmless, why is he playing B grade?

Funny story last night how Roger Sweet 20 years ago called Robert Penny a hack etc etc early in his innings only to end up batting all day and finishing 259 out in the last over, still the biggest score in HCA history...
