COrrect, first clearances won't be coming through for a couple of days or so.

Clearances opened Feb 1 and can take 7 days or soI think. (I don't have anything to do with clearances and never have, so someone can correct me if that time span is too short or long)

Geez you're an impatient lot

Saafl to Saafl is 7 days with a lot of club's doing them in 2/3 days, with computers now. Clubs that are being difficult wii hold them to the last day! Other leagues can take up to two weeks to gain clearance.

Plympton playing in a 20/20 style round robin up at Hahndorf against some country teams. All under lights on fridays through out March. Should be good.
I reckon I'll go check out these games on one of the nights. I've got a sneaking suspicion it could be tough going for you guys if the Hills sides field fairly strong sides
I reckon you are right ! Should be quite tough. The hills sides that are in are all very strong. Looking fwd to it though. Something a bit different too, compared to the "normal" pre season matches.

the SAAFL took about 8 weeks a/leave so there not up and running yet!

Clearances can't be put in till feb anyway so it's only the first weeks worth. Maybe they'll bless us with the web book thingo next week. :)

When is the first round of the season for Div 5? do they start earlier than Div 1 from memory?

Oh well there goes the towns good name - Yeah, never mind the 40 odd football players that will probably trash the town, just watch out for the trainer
