Never pulled on the boots in a game - trained a couple of times and looked very good. Always had other commitments which kept him occupied.

Thats what I heard and that was why I asked TW Rooster, I couldn't work out what his role would be at Two Wells with a team full of fit blokes

I'm struggling to see how he'S overweight. I saw him for the first time last Monday and he looked in shape. Seagull must of eaten a bad chip

If it wasn't so politically incorrect we could start a topic called fatties who could play a bit.
Two spring to mind up here. Slug Arthur from BMW. Could kick the ball a mile and few opposition players could stop him once he wound up. Still plays A grade cricket for Booleroo-Willowie and occasionally for BMW's Magoos. And Mick Redden's brother in law Jimmy Reid from Orroroo. He used to camp in the forward pocket and create havoc.
