Perhaps they will and good luck to them if they do but as far as I know our club hasn't made a decision yet on whether to stay in Div 6 or be premoted back into Div 5.

It's just my opinion that we stay in Div 6 because I think it's in the playing groups best interest.

What makes you say that DJ? Would have thought North Haven would have first option?

What is the procedure in this situation? FC?

Thats true Boosh but going by Dark Night he says NH squad isnt div 5 material. It could set u back if u go down again it will be a hard decision by NH to make. Its back fired on Kilburn big time

OK yeah he is probably right, I thought you were saying a decision has been made. I guess everything will be decided at the delegate meeting this week

Knight :)

At this point time, No I dont think we are, hence why we're in Div 6. On Kilburn, yes that is true, it has back fired on them heavily.

Procedure is North Haven have first choice, then blacks and then the third team from d6 last year. Somebody from blacks said they would more than likely take the chance to stay up, but they have that been offered anythink yet. They think they recruited well and they where one of the unlucky teamsto go down with all the close losses by under a couple of goals.

Havens should stay up. I don't think they have recruited enough to be a contender in Div 6, but I think they can avoid relegation in Div 5 if they have another tilt

OK fair enough, will wait and see. I know Havens contacrted SAAFL yesterday to see what the sitaution is and were told that Smithfield would be fielding sides in Div 5 next year. I don't think this is the case but the SAAFL need get moving on this as whichever team goes up they will want to start preparing straight away

sorry FC, can you fogive this one last post -

i couldn't see a reason not to accept a spot in div 5 for 2011 if smithfield don't kick on.
indeed very disappointed we all were.
would be a challenge to play on in div 5, but a challenge worth taking up to prove the club is capable of competing at that level.

Surely there's a team in this Div that has got 600 on the track, 145 new recruits from div 1, all super fit, etc etc, so we can read some rediculous chest thumping???

Come on Brahma Lodge where are you? Surely there's an SANFL reserves side that you guys can beat?? Come on!
