Unknown source has no ties at all to the brahma lodge football club. He is now a member of Salisbury west. Good luck to unknown source in 2011.

On a positive note. Get out to glenunga tomorrow to see Brahma lodge take on Glenunga. Should be a good game and a good opurtunity for Payney to try a few things.

Check out the PDCA cricket forum, it unfolded on there :D

As for this afternoons trial match, LTTF you must be right with Payney trialling a few things, he has Marshall in the A grade alongside yourself. While he has you covered in the pace, it could be the slowest side BL has fielded in 3-4 decades :D

I think you will find they will have a few kids under 18 playing for them. That is -1 correct?

Snuck a look at Charlie's board - a long list of magnets with 'big' names sitting off to the side. Obviously Heccies would have had a few out, but I don't think anything can be garnered by looking at the scoreboard.

i like that theory about the scoreboard Quichey...especially when Human Blanket gets 1 quarter in the fwd line and kicks 3 points and a no score

Not that great. Was a pretty scrappy game and both teams turned the ball over a lot. Hardly an indicator of what is to come for both teams, especially with a lot of B Graders playing in the last game.

If so I wouldnt have thought theyd be playing their big money players would they? Most often hills league D1 sides take on SAAFL D1/2 sides. Not D5 sides unless they wanna run some kids. But a great boost fir the bulldogs

as ive always said mate, im not sure how every side is filling there side... i know barker had alot of young lads playing.... i'll be honest, i thought we'd struggle in this comp, but we didnt and we were competitive regardless which side had which and i know pfc would be rapt of there effort.... i know there not looking to much into it and thinking premierships because thats not how we roll.... were thinking of winng each game as its come... alot of clubs get lost in the fact of getting out of a div and not worry bout the week to week basis of winnning enough games to play finals... sometimee in the past we'v cost ourselves looking to far ahead. 3 prelims is proof of that.. round 1 is as far as they are looking.... GO THE DOGS!!!

Seems to be alot of crap talk coming from a few people on here, cant we all concentrate on FOOTY, the teams, form and how we are shaping up. Who honestly gives a sh^% about the other pity crap.

Onto some different topics... If anyone knows any trainers looking for some work, will be given some money, I could use some help with some games this year , PM me if any one is inetrested or knows some one ? , cheers.

On the footy side of things, we had a decent hit out vs Glenunga at Webb oval this afternoon. In the first match our B's/C's went down by 15 or so goals. In their defense, the side was basically 3/4 of last years C grade. There were some good patches there, I am sure the coaches got what they wanted out of it.

In the A's, after Glenunga lead by about a goal at half time we won by 7 or so goals. Very good second half, and gives us some good confidence leading in to our next trial vs Fitzroy. It was good to get some game time, certainly beats the internal trials. Glenunga will be more than competitive in Div 6.

Yeah he captained the club 2 seasons ago. Falling out? Some have differing opinions, in the end it's done so we have moved on and so has Unknown source.

Looking forward to the trial match this friday night vs Fitzroy, I am assuming we may have 3-4 more back, but the cricket still is holding a few out.

Not sure Podsy got what he wanted out of the match, possible broken/fractured ribs. I guess in the end it doesn't matter, he is only the coach ;)

I am almost 100% sure the B's/C's kick off at 1830, then the A's at 2030.
