Virginia went down by 3 goals to Williston. Should have been more if Williston kicked straight. It was a solid hit out for the rams and showed areas where we need to work. Having a sly crack at virginia crowd attendances swamp  , i think we get a good turn out to our games

Onsong, Troy Wilkey played for the Rams last year on an SANFL permit, so his clearance this year would just be to officially make him a Ram.

[quote="OnSong"]Balak has a number of clearances pending. Of those, Scott Farrell and Dylan Ruiz are the main ones that will be certain A graders at some stage at least, not sure on the other lads as yet.
Hamley Bridge has a few more as well, with Kurubyn Floyd making his way across with the Burmans I think. Kurubyn was a handy under age player from memory for Robertstown??
United have also got three clearances pending for Fleming, Harding and Priest.

*Updated from APFL clearance list.

APFL Player movement list

Balaklava

Dylan Ruiz
Scott Farrell
William Dixon
Oren Hearnden
Grady Hudd
Daniel Tezacker

Leigh always wanted to finish his career playing in the same side as Kerry. Good luck to him and I hope he stays injury free. Two top blokes.

According to Wikipedia, if he was to be made an official ram, he would have to be "an uncastrated male sheep".

How many did Virginia have out AKA??
I would of thought they would smash willaston seeing as though willaston only won one game last year.

Balaklava had a run at Moonta on Saturday. I've got to say, for an oval with a turf wicket, it came up a treat. Most ovals with turf wickets would be very hard in the centre at this time of year but Moonta was not too bad at all.
It was a 6-qtr match divided into two 3-qtr halves, with a majority of A graders playing in the first half.
Jonathan Brice (full forward) was excellent, as was Todd McPharlin (forward flank/rover), Lachy Michael (wing), Sam Rowland (on-ball), Glenn Dawson (centre) and Dylan Ruiz (HBF).
Grant Wilmer played most of the six-quarter game and was also a solid contributor.

Reckon the Dees got up by about three goals but it was predominantly an even contest. Lots of improvement, but also a lot of good signs. Tackling was excellent.
