Why dont you drive around to the so called clubs that haven't learned as you say and see the work that is being done, ALL clubs are busting their crumpet to get the juniors, alot of free voluntary hours being done by champions at all clubs!
OR you can just sit on your pedestal with your head up your backside slapping yourself on how much better your club does things!
Arrogant posts like yours shites me!

Nothing to do with the Current Strong and Current Weak, it all goes around and around. It is all about parity in the draw for junior teams, about clubs having to find extra volunteers to be at multiple grounds or paying extra people to be at multiple grounds..
Lets hope draw number 3 is reasonable

Junior players have parents = volunteers. Not hard for a dad to wave 2 flags every other Saturday/Sunday or is it left to the club to babysit.

Couldn't agree with you any more Mr J.
I think you will find it was the Morphy Parks and marion that kicked off the mini comp but the over the hill clubs didn't initially want.
Now where would they be without it and their dual sides!

I think that you'll find that 1) the SFL tried to exclude the "over the hill clubs" when the minis were set up. 2) most of the clubs with dual sides now had them before minis. 3) Hackham had dual teams back around that time but they stopped working at keeping things in place and they are now working very hard to get things right. 4) MrJ the club where you are at the minute couldn't put juniors on the park working out of a high school - how hard were they working then?

the old regime at lonsdale have a lot to answer for with regards to juniors but the people running the club now are working there buts off to get a full set of juniors. It makes it hard when the two closest clubs are probably the biggest clubs in the league and activly chase our good sub juniors to come and play for them with the promise of premierships, then play them in the second sides.[/quote]
Which two clubs do you refer to??

This High School you talk about has closed due to lack of kids in the area.
