Not sure about presenting the guernseys, but Mick will be the auctioneer for our guernsey auction. This is the third year in a row that Mick has done this. Didn't know Mick was a life member at Two Wells, but he was a premiership coach with us in 1982. Obviously got around a bit.

Premiership player in '81 at the Roosters before moving to Longies. He probably played in the 3 premierships at the end of 70's as well.

Primed and ready for the big opener this week vs the Ram Train!!

Ahh you guys played friday night! that would explain the Mallala spy at our game!

No this time of year surely
Sounds like the whole day was a waste of time on Saturday with TW winning by 20+ goals.

How do you figure that Swamp? The score is meaningless in trials, as we all continually read on here. I am sure the game was about getting the new blokes a game, getting the coaching staff a look at them and letting them get a feel for how their new teammates play. Hardly a waste of anyone's time!

When ya flogg a team like that before the real stuff it can make the team over confident and the team thinks they are all that, and have nothing they have to work on. I hope thats not the case for the roosters ;)

I'm thinking of starting a tipping comp on here for the APFL, similar to how the Lincoln lads do it in the EP thread.
Can either be free or we can have an entry fee and a prize at the end.
Would just involve tipping the winner and a margin of between 1-39 or 40+.
One point for correct team, an extra point for correct margin.
Anyone be interested?

Count me in to win either a prize or bragging rights! :D

Prizes and Norm don't go too well. He still hasn't paid me that carton he owes me for a bet last year!
