Well I guess we will have to wait and see. He said he told the coach he wasn't interested in playing there and if he was to leave Reynella he would play outside the SFL. Would be disappointing if he did leave.

Don't forget we are paying the Coach $1000 a game and the president is on $50,000 for the year. I'm going to call it early but MR FOOTY, you have just won TOOL OF THE YEAR.

Yep, MR FOOTY gets my 3 votes as well WHEELS & DEALS !!

Dont know about being cheats champ we just played the game that CFB have dealt and took the opportunity. If your club has been too slow and asleep to do the same then their bad luck.

PS couple of other sides got extra points too!

I was more eluding to the fact you were even given any extra points in the first place, let alone the ridiculous amount extra you originally asked for (double what everyone else gets). This is the first season that the CFB universal points system has come in to all leagues accross the state. There is an option in extraordinary circumastances of clubs being able to apply for extra points. e.g. havent won a game in 5 years (hackham), been really poor for 10 years (Aldinga), or losing a massive amount of A GRADE!!!!! players (say 8 or more) from the year before. (Marion, maybe lost 12 or more A graders). Think you will find hackham in particular and Aldinga also have lost 6 or more A graders from last year to add to their reasons.

But what were your reasons????? This is where it is a joke and non level playing field. In your request you submitted some crap about losing 19 SENIOR (A, B and C grade)! players and needed extra points to cover them. For starters every club would lose/have retire 10 - 20 SENIOR players every year, these include those players that come out to one training, get a clearance or register then never come back after playing a game or 2 in the Bs.
The key stat is how many prominent A GRADE players have you lost from last year????? If its 8 or more then maybe you had a case??? (name them)???? I cant believe the SFL didnt look into it properly to start with or that the CFB decided to still give you extra and now the same amount as a team that hasnt won in 5 years! Fair?

Everyone should have to abide by the points system now it is in, and just because you don't have any former junior players to recruit for 0 points, Just because in previous seasons you cant keep your recruits to stay for longer than 1 or 2 years (hence they havent played 25 games to become 0 points to recruit back), Is no ones fault but yours!!
And just because your new coach and getting Seb back was going to use half your original allocated points and just because you have a heap of dollars to spend on bringing in new A grade players shouldnt mean you deserve extra points!!

What's the go with Exelby's clearance to Lonsdale (site still shows pending)? Would have thought a playing coach would have that sorted well & truly by now?

Spelling errors perhaps...

Regardless of whether it is morally right or wrong, the twisties have followed the rules of the points system which includes an option for lodging a request for extra points. At worst they exploited a loop hole, but that hardly makes them cheats.....
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Great comeback and reason, you moron!!!. Sums you and your club up really, I wouldn't expect anything less.
Only apology from me is: yes you are correct, Seb is zero points, because he stayed aligned to MVP while only transfering to SANFL, not another local club.
P.S. With all your recruits, extra points and the easiest draw of all 15 clubs, any less than the top 8 will be a failure. good luck... 8)

Its not the fact that they lodged a request, or followed the guidelines, Its that the points were actually granted!
Because I'm still to hear their "extraordinary circumstances"!!!!!! to why they are different to the other 11 clubs who are abiding by what they were dished out.

From what i hear from previous years Mr Footy, is that MVP always have plenty of cash at the start of the year! Then as the season goes on it becomes "we will pay you in a lump sum at the end of the year", then when the players comes to them at that time......"we cant pay you, we have no money left".... I'd reckon you're the moron champ. As you say we are a club not some community venue you play footy out of. We can actually get together before, during and after a game. Not close down for an hour in the middle of an "A" grade game.

I reckon Flappies draw is pretty similar to ours. Isn't it about time you perennial 9th placers finished a bit higher. Shouldn't some of you star junior grades take the next step and play senior football for your club. Oh that's right the purse strings are too tight and you dont want to pay anyone. Maybe Charlesworth should loosen the wallet a bit. Just ask Sizey.

Here's a history lesson for you since you know so much about MVP. Yes we played finals 2 years ago and got thumped by Cove. Played finals the year before and also got thumped. Before that there is massive daylight to our last finals appearance. Theres our circumstances. Even with all your dual sides you will always be 9th placers. So close yet so far. It's like shagging your sister you get one but doesn't feel right.

Ah another one who doesn't like to put his club on his status.

This has never happened paying a lump sum at the end of the year. Paid each week.
