For all you guys info, we announced our captains for the season at last nights Player Guernsey Auction.

A Grade captain is Simon Schulz and joint Vice Captains are Brett Sharman and Brad Shimmin.
B Grade captain is Ben Pym and joint Vice Captains are Andy Sharman and Craig "Rocket" Maynard.

Personally pretty happy with the selections of those guys.

Tomorrow night at the club after the Hamley game the United Football Club has organised local lad James Abberley to provide the entertainment for the evening.
James is a solo artist and has been playing at "The Gov" for the last month. Hopefully it will be a good night. Obviously everybody is welcome to attend!

Just a question regarding Hamley Bridge and the points rule. The league approved them to have a further 3 points this year to take their tally to 18. Does anybody know if this got ratified by the Community Football Board? Reading the regulations, any request for points over the maximum of 15 must be approved by the CFB. It may have happened buy I don't recall reading any confirmation of this.

Not having a shot at Hamley either as they are entitled to 18 points IMO, just making sure that the correct procedure has taken place.

They could be entitled to 25 points wouldnt make a difference
