I actually don't really care about Geelong, and I cheered them on when they flogged Port by a record margin.

Just pointing out that the record isn't as good as it sounds because they don't play every team at Kardinia Park. They may have beaten just about every top side if they did travel there but we will never know. It would be interesting to see a list of the teams they have beaten during this record run though.

Collingwood
Carlton
Essendon
Hawthorn
St Kilda

Not our fault they aren't drawn there. The toughest opponents during the run have been Sydney who draw the short straw. They've come to Cat Park a few times in relatively good form and then dropped away soon after a big loss. As I stated earlier the Bullies were like 13-1 when they came to and got flogged at Cat Park. It's not how boys but how many.

Exactly! Dont blame the Cats, Blame fat boy Demetriou.

FWIW, we go alright at Kardinia, and given our recent run v the cats maybe a game there would be good ;)

I dont reckon you can blame Demetriou when we ask for games against big Vic clubs to be played in Melb so we can make more coin.

The record is a lot more impressive than Brisbanes as Brisbane only played teams from another state atthe Gabba giving them a bigger advantage.
The fact Geelong have been so good for so long and playing the least amount of games at their home ground makes their overall record even more impressive.

Interesting to read that Stevie J is the year's most wasteful shot for goal so far, according to Champion Data. Certainly not the first person you think of when it comes to wastefulness with the ball in hand. Had to chuckle over one of the comments about wanting Ben Johnson to kick for their life.

At Ethiad (not the G where they have recorded a couple of recent wins against us)
Carlton coming off the bye
Carlton who struggled against the Crows talls
The first Geelong match since the passing of Bobby Davis

Good luck with that Giant!

Geelong with a few outs with injury. Let down after a big game last week. As sad as former greats passing is, it doesn't always guarantee a win. Either way, I win. ;)

Good luck to you REBsticle.

Yep.
Credit to your guys. Usually teams are ordinary after bye. You guys seem to match up well on Geelong, a bit of luck and a bit more poise and you could have nicked it. Definate top 4 material

I have one big thing out of last nights game:

Taylor Hunt is tripe, and should only play for the Power or the Suns, simply not good enough for any other team- too many mistakes under pressure.

Almost pulled it off mate. You and the Blues were unlucky. They outplayed us for the majority of the match.

I disagree. He'll be a solid player for the Cats. He wasn't the only one down last night.
