Nah you've got me there. I don;t know Thorpe or Pattison other than everyone says they're tools. I've got a lot of time for Grotty and Mewey though.

At the end of the day, every club has 1 or 2 who everyone just thinks 'man that guy is a cockhead.....why do those blokes put up with his shite'. Pretty much like myself at Devil land!!!

Stan Evans has nothing to do with MLCC, hasnt for years.
Nick Justice is a total tool.
But the club atmosphere has seriously turned the corner in the last year or so... alot of really quality young blokes. Its a fun club to be at right now.
Played in a winning game of C Grade this... oldest bloke was 21 (Tom Maslin) and the youngest was 18 (Shane Maslin). Keep that group together (Costi, Pistols, Maslins, Miles, Bennett, L.Evans, Flinny, Coops etc) for a few years and things looking good for the red caps. THANK GOD BOWES LEFT!

Funniest thing ever was in 2005 when Stato picked Bowesy up and chucked him about 5 meters into the wall at the footy club after a game. Bowesy was being himself (tool) and said something to Stato and copped what was coming to him. Haven't seen him at the footy club since and it's a better place for it!

KB went up to Stato after and said that was awesome! Stato got a 'coach's' award in 2005 and I reckon KB gave it to him for that exact incident!!!!

Maybe we should start a new thread about all the times Bowesy has pissed someone off!

yes it is true, however you choose to nominate a team for that grade so by doing that you accept the situation...we tried to put forward a motion at the HCA AGM a few years ago that each club should have a B grade team as a minimum...would make the HCA much stronger with genuine clubs, unfortuantely we got nowhere...

So who got dropped out of the C grade for this week?

I50, lofty does look like there would be some fun times for sure, not doubting that, but youd have to admit that not too many of those players mentioned are/or will be the A Grade quality players needed to help you win games. probably only pistols, miles, s.maso, and maybe zev/zef??? could succeed.

I think what Dutchy is saying is that every club should have a B grade as their lowest grade. ie clubs like ER and Stanleys that only have C's should be pushed up to B's. And clubs that have an A grade can choose which grade their 2nd team plays in. I was part of the vote that's all.

Not saying you are dark about it....its a non issue unless a team is dominating the comp year on year and refuses to go up a level....the motion was to have minimum a B grade so Stanley Bridge, Eastern Ranges would either have to have a crack at the higher level or piss off...if a club is serious about being in the HCA they should have at least a b grade team

I didnt notice who all the lip about it was coming from but I presume it was AB, if he has an issue with our 2nd XI playing C grade he must lose the plot when playing Eastern Ranges!!!

he'll lose it alright, but i'll be yapping that much useless shit to confuse carl "pass me the bong" finch i wont hear him. you should come and set up in the gate camp dutchy, it should be a cracker of a game. there side is obviously strong and prob fav but our side with the 3 extra players coming in should be bloody hard to beat. youd be a bit annoyed that the bloke that got u out last wk has been dropped.
