Hahndorf 9/10
Nairne 3/1
Langhorne Creek 3/1
Wistow 40/1

Hahndorf will comfortably beat Wistow in one semi-final whilst the other semi between Creeks
and Nairne looks a flip of the coin.
Creeks probably best chance of upsetting Hahndorf but are rarely able to field anywhere near their strongest
side this time of year.

ill take nairnes odds. they won it easily last year. i dont follow it all that closely any more. ( i played for nairne 20 years ago ) but j may s berkatt s dunstell usually makes 50 odd each week. they seem to have a good bowling attack.
Hahndorf have 1 bowler. cant remember his name. he's new though. i dont think blake plays either. if you get hasswold you get hahndorf.
l.creek always lose big games. none of their batsman ever make runs. there bowlers are ordinary. full strength side got hit for 300 against hahndorf last week. so you couldnt see them beating nairne or hahndorf
does willis still play for wistow. they cant win.[/quote]

A+EHCA 'A' Grade Grand Final

Langhorne Creek 6/162 (S.Golding 59* D.Kennedy 8* B Neagle 27 B Warren 25 F Hill 27 )

DEFEATED

Wistow 160 HA HA HA HA HA (How Did u like watching that Neil Hein?)

Bad Luck Silky, Meadows won with some of their lads celebrating with the Creek boys at the Creek.

PS Hahndorf. When u r finished choking on semi-finals losses it would be great to cream u blokes in a GF.
Esp. Baker and Hassold. How big was those sixes that Dugga and Bega hit off your snot bowling this year?

Just seeing who won the Hills player of the year?
How did Pistols go?
Were my tips below on the $$.

Ryan Hunter - early leader.
Luke Hoyle - although hammy will slow him up now.
Chad Dawe - wickets & late runs.
Prior - consistent.
Brett Pistola - smokey.

Speaking of Reid i was present at the A Grade GF briefly before make the trip to Meadows to watch the B Grade and had my sledge prepared for him but he wasnt out there long enough for me to spit it out. But really what a game of cricket that turned out to be wished i had stayed for the whole game in the end. How did that happen. Meadows escaped 2 weeks in a row. If you look at there list they are young to.

Good to see the creek boys get up and win the flag!! celebrated hard too.

PS: i agree with jackpot jim, those sixes off Baker's ordinary bowling were massive.
Baker is also the worse sledger ever.

Hi Lads. I had to take Monday AND Tuesday off cos if I didn't I think I'd be dead.
So sorry if this is gonna sound a bit late, but f!@k it was good knocking off an undefeated ER in C grade, then watch our B's tear apart Mylor.
A bloody big weekend was had.
I may or may not still be a bit rough...

Cheers, mate.
Brief match report...
Wandner (1/21 off 8 I think) and Marlowe (2/18 off 8) opened up with the ball for Aldgate.
Wicket in 3rd and 4th over. Tight bowling had ER 2/17 after 12 overs.
Finch was the lynchpin for ER with 28 off 33 overs (!!).
Wickets fell gradually with no-one from ER able to get runs away.
Coats bowled tighter than a Scottish fish with 0/11 off 8.
Miller with a couple of vital wickets.
Baines finished with 3 for not much (23 maybe), again tight.
Bowes - WICKED run out from boundary.
Aldgate chased 115 for victory pretty easily.
ER openers very tight but Aldgate cruising losing their first wicket at 50.
P Semmens ends up with a very solid 60*, just waited for loose ones.
Some small contributors along the way get Gate 4/117 after about 33 overs.
Overall the Gate were just way to miserly bowling and in the field and no-one from ER willing to latch onto wider deliveries when they came.
Played in fairly good spirits as well.
