Depends on what criteria is used, imho it needs to be the coach that has had the biggest positive impact on the team and the competition.

I would think Lamond or Opitz would have a bigger claim.

Stuart Lamond would be a certainty. Phillips won the BTR trophy last year which was an interesting one :? :?
