Havens over the Valley today by 7 points. 3 goals up at 3 qtr time and haven come home with a wet sail. B grade won though which sees them in a do or die semi against sals west next week and the c grade play north haven for a spot in the granny.

Now that we are out of it in the A's i think plympton will go all the way. Bloody impressive the 2nd half of the year and should at least gain promotion. Sals west to follow IMO.

Congrats to North Haven today, to play the way they have this year after being given a reprieve is a great effort. Best of luck for the rest of the season to all remaining clubs.

2012 will be the year of the demon 8)

Thought we were back to our best in the second half. The poor start killed us but hopefully we can bring the second half form into next week.

congratulations to North Haven on their win yesterday, stuck to their task all day.(eagles had big influence in last qtr comeback)losing Palmer and Duggy real early hurt us but 17 points up at 3/4 time thought we would get over the line. :2011 cut short but to make finals from where we come from was a good effort to build on in 2012.( Well done to our B and C grades on good character wins :D fantastic atmosphere up at the valley yesterday with a triple header and thanks to Adelaide Lutheran C grade for playing at our ground when it was their right to play neutral or at home.thanks to the few North Haven boys who came in for a drink. Still think any of the 4 remaining sides can gain promotion, but Plympton and Salisbury West must now be favourites imo

Fantastic win by our A grade, at three quarter time I honestly thought HV had it wrapped up having all the momentum and we were gone but to all off the boys credit they dug deep and held strong in what was one of the best last quarters the clubs ever played. Well played HV and bad luck, it was a brillant game to watch. Everyone was so nervous waiting for the siren to go late in the game and winning the way the boys did gives everyone such a boost in confidence going into next weekend against WC.

I think our boys have hit WC at exactly the right time and will hold no fears travelling to Fawk reserve next weekend, WC have dropped off the pace a fair bit and look to be down form. If the boys hit WC with the attitude and intensity as they did yesterday, it is very possible that they will keep our 2011 dreams alive.

It was a very dissapointing loss for us in the B grade, we started extremely well but burnt out in the second half and HV easily took control of the contest. Well done to HV on their win and good luck, losing to them I would love to see them go on a knock off Westies next week, Woody South and Lutherans.

Congrats on getting there TT, a lot of other clubs packed up a week earlier than your boys. So is that it, or you going to keep chasing the elusive #1 prize?

The prize is getting that bit closer each year Seagull, would be a shame to call it a day now!!! 8)

Great game HV V HAVEN. both sides play a similar brand of footy! Probably why I respect Valley's As much as I loathe them! Noticed HV runner was a very quiet little garden gnome which was great, and number 8's goal celebration in the 2nd qtr made me laugh, but on the whole an awesome atmosphere. Valley's on the whole should proud of their season
