Favourite West Adelaide Player?

So who is your favourite West Adelaide Player/s?

For mine I think its pretty hard to go past Grantley Fielke, correct me if I am wrong but think that Fielke played a record number of games for Westies, his form in the State Games was something to see at the time and helped make the State of Origin side what it was!

Bruce Lindner closely followed by Peter Meurett. Both could turn a game in 2 minutes. Dexter Kennedy was also invaluable for them.

Yes, Fielke is my favourite WA player. I recall he had a year at Collingwood in 1986 or 1987 and then returned home before playing 2 years I think at the Crows.

Roger Luders & Bruce Lindner for mine. 2 great highlight reels right there.

Peter Mueret was a hard man. Also remember Ray Hayes scaring the bejesus out of a group of young North fans at Prospect in about 1979.

Ian Borchard for me.
Was tough & ran all day. He was the driving force behind their '83 Premiership Side.
Others would be Mark Dreher for his influence that year and 'The Pres' who was awesome.
I could probably name the whole '83 side as my favourites actually!
Luders was a freak too.
Robbie McKinnon for the uncompromising way he played.
Dessie Herbert who came in '84 was also a favourite.
Leon Grosser for his consistent footy over a long time

I also recall Craig Williams being a bit of a high-flying forward when he first lobbed at Westies too, before settling into one of the best full backs in the comp of his era. Took a few nice hangers.
