Reading this you would think that the SANFL only started 20 years ago..

I guess you think it stopped 20 years ago. Seriously, the club is doing the unprecedented and you want us to sit back and say "well, Norwood had a good team back in the 1920s"? I don't see anyone making claims about being the greatest club in the history of the comp, we're paying dues to a club that has made 11 straght GFs and just managed to get the minor premiership with a really stirring win. I'd never begrudge any opposition fans that right (much as it might grate) so how about showing some grace before making snide remarks.

One supporter made mention of it? You're dreaming. The whole Redlegs supporters don't travel gets trotted out endlessly by 'the best supporters in the world', yesterday showed that to be wrong.

It's about all I've got from yesterday so I'm sticking with it.

You deserve to be favourites again this year and I have to say you have the perfect game plan and should give it a hella of a shake.Hope Norwood can get another crack at you guys though

Well said Norwoodman78.

Hopefully Centrals people will now pop in the cue rack the old cliche about Norwood fans not traveling, on the outer it was nearly all red and blue.

Sutherland is a gigantic numpty, the whole tough guy routine he pulls is truly hilarious.

See you in the finals.

No, he means exactly what he said, just prior to the Hynes goal on the quarter time siren the score was 0.2 to 3.3, the final score 16.14 to 9.7...........you do the maths.........

Topsy, I haven't done a search but I don't recall too many (any) centrals posters saying Norwood supporters don't travel. I know one poster was of that opinion, but they don't support centrals. I have made mention that the club I believe, that travels best to Elizabeth is Norwood. I think they've proved it again.
I wonder how many of centrals team have played under 40 games, and how many are graduates from roy laird university (locals), again disproving the views of many uninformed. An amazing win, happy to say you were right Centurion! I'll keep tipping against us, it seems to work.

Mate if our players had as little respect for the opposition as you then then wouldn't win many games. Next time sleep it off before you post

i agree with fred.. soft yesterday. i drove down to elizabeth yesterday expecting us to play like our lives depended on it and treat it like a grand final considering top spot was at stake..

difference between norwood and centrals...centrals win when it counts...thats what good sides do.

now we have to try and make it the hard way.

Nah mate. The hard way is from 4th or 5th. You guys will beat the Eags and we'll see you in the 2nd semi.
