Only if the other named person writes something like "please pay the Ash man only" on the back of the cheque and signs it.

She has to be there at the time of signing the cheque over so they can verify the signature!

Anyone know when banks are going to start charging clients for making payments through EFTPOS? Its meant to be happening soon, just haven't head when it will be though :o
