Did this only apply for one year? If so, possibly could become 2 points if not exempted again.
As a result of the exemption though, other clubs appealed and got an extra three points from what I can gather.
So not sure what happens now.

Opening a can of worms here, if we start listing everyone thats been approached by other clubs, we'd be here for a while at a guess. I can't understand why clubs would go around telling everyone who they've approached unless they actually get thier signature By the way, what is the definition of an approach??
