Does this leave an opening for Dogga as a fall-back position if Sheedy doesn't pick him up at GWS?

Lets keep the posts to something a little believable SP, there is no way Dogga will enter the coaching merry go round. In other news the BBQ at doggas house on draft day may have to be put on hold.

Not bad! close. All players at Kadina have signed for next year. Lee, Edwards, Papps, Lawson, Capt Waller, Serle was the first, Faulkner, Mcmillan. Peter Bowey from West augusta. Also. He's made the team of the year in that league 4 years straight.
There is no salary cap this year in the YP, so expect there to be some big movements around the foot.

Barry Burgess signed at Wallaroo, love him or hate him, will get bums on seats, good investment. Apparently on a small retainer but has requested a share of the increased gate takings that will inevitably follow him
The local netballers will have to deal with the disappointment that he's almost a married man these days ;)

Good to hear they r all on board westy, but has there every really been a salary cap in the YP league?? No possible way a few clubs could have been under the supposed 38k cap!!

Have to agree. If the rumour was true that Cutting and Jordan got $1000 each thats $36,000 for the year on 2 players. There has to be money under the table in every club, and i bet it be going on for years. Why else would good players travel to yorkes to play.
Dont think players from Hamley Bridge would trouble yorkes backman to much.

Yeah those 2 were on that I have heard from good sources. Plus haseldine wouldn't have been much cheaper. I know adams was on a decent amount when he was poached from the cougars, Hamilton on a bit too! 38k goes out the window quickly! Has kadina list any through retirement?? Heard matson may b playing coach for pasky, not 100% sure though.

Pretty informative MB

Given Mr Beefy has a strong connection with Rosewater, I'd say that Shaun Glacken has the job. He has coached out there in Div5 for the past few seasons.

Nothing will change at Kadina. Tim neuman, and Dereck, sansbury are the oldest at 31, the rest of the team is an average age of 24.

The biggest signing of a power forward in YPFL since Geoff James walked through the door at Wallaroo.
Burgess Jnr will be sure to put bums on seats.
Probably only one other bigger signing possible in country footy!!!
Are you prepared to pay the price? WILL YOU PAY THE PRICE?

Doesn't matter how the club has gone this bloke has kicked 60+ goals a season in a side that struggles to win a game. Can play the game. YP won't need to worry about him as I have heard he is playing in the Barossa
