What has brought that on. Must be just with the footy. I see he is still playing cricket for them

Left out of last two years GF teams. Probably justifiably on picking their best team given his fitness issues, but must be hard to take when he's played for them so long and they had so many outside players this year.

Funny how that happens. Alot of outsiders but surely he must have realized he wasn't fit. I reckon he missed out on a few games before the finals. Wasn't as if he was dropped just for the GF. But, he has been a very good stalwart of the club and has kicked a heap of goals for them over the years.

It wasn't going to be, apparently he was gone elsewhere until J.Zwar "donated" some more $$ to the cause on the side so moonta could afford him

Gee, that would be strange.  Maybe they can build another house and sell it to pay for their players.

I thought he played in the 2010 GF? Was injured in 2nd half of this season. Did get back playing late in the season but would suggest fitness was the issue with not having played a lot of footy leading into the finals series.

Who???????

Sam Lodge???? Ardrossan Lad that still has a year in Senior Colts. Would doubt it very highly as his family has been at Ardrossan since year dot. Played a fair bit of A Grade last year in a very young side at Ardrossan. Think he would head to Eagles in Adelaide before leaving his local club.
Not sure about Brodie Page. Only know of Josh Page about 20 years old that had a game with Moonta last year and possibly returning there. Some big $$ involved.

Funny you mention that. heard the same this weekend. One was at Henley and the other injured I think. Both played colts at Ardrossan and went to the city when there father got a job in town. Ardrossan wouldn't be hap[py if they go country and not back to them I would think. I reckon the old man played in their last flag in 2004

Anthony Lamond was playing coach and Robbie Williams called the shots from the bench from memory. Had all been tied up with ardrossan for years, the roo's will be very dirty if it is true they r playing up there..

That's the one. Believe Robbie played and the GF was his last game. Do we know if Ardrossan asked the lads if they wanted to return to them.
