Green is a very good player. Would be a huge loss for Wallaroo if he moved on

I know Brodie Page well. Played colts for Pasky/Bute. Later in the year got a few A grade games for Pasky. Probley be 6 foot when he stops growing. Light frame, good skills will make a great A grader in a few years. He's the youngest player to play 100 games for the mighty Elizabeth Eagles knocking off Johnny Platterns record. The move wont happen.

Im glad he's taken Moonta for all they have. Cant wait to see Moonta fall on thier arse by putting all thier eggs in one basket. Getting players in that are only there to achieve thier own personal goals. Threatening to leave for more money. Having players at your club an not knowing whether they'll be there the next year. I would want players that want to be at the club an not ones that are just there to fill there pockets.

It wasn't going to be, apparently he was gone elsewhere until J.Zwar "donated" some more $$ to the cause on the side so moonta could afford him

So why would Zwar have to donate more money, coz he was staying.

So you are going to assume he shopped himself around because someone donated more money... Why not he donated more money cos the guy just won the league medal??

They did slash it,they r nearly out of $$ to attract any other players, hence y he left. Had plenty of offers from other clubs including SN and kapunda, and the only reason he is still there is because Zwar is paying the difference between his old and new figures plus a bit more

Now lets get the record straight, this has come from Cuttings mouth so unless he is lying himself this should be right!
I am told he has had his match payment slashed in half to accommodate for other recruits i.e. Jordan and Haseldine. This bloke has loads of ability so if he can achieve personal goals while doing something he loves then why wouldn’t he? I know i would if i was in a similar position.
Not once has he shopped himself around, he has been contacted by other clubs (not just Kapunda and SN) on his availability but not once was $$ amounts even discussed, offers were made to him but were never negotiated upon
Not once has he threatened to leave Moonta because he was demanding x amount of $$
Lets be honest, any import travelling from the metropolitan area out to the country to play football would never be doing it for nothing, otherwise there would be no imports and i would imagine the level of football out there would not be what it is today!
So in conclusion, players are getting paid ridiculous amounts these days, for some its like a second job! Some players are worthy of the $$, some not so much, some are probably overpaid and some are underpaid for what they produce, but it happens at all clubs at all levels in all leagues. Just got to deal with it!
Now that everyone knows Cutting's personal business, you might be able to get some sleep at night!!

Do Moonta have any new recruits yet? or has Cutting just taken a pay so they can shop around?
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

I think moonta have been pretty quiet apart from the cutting/haseldine/Jordan rumours. Think they have a younger lad who played a couple yes of underage footy at north and maybe a local lad coming back from adel but not much else I don't think. Are trying hard to get mackareth back from the hummocks but unsure whether he will or not

I have heard that Mackareth has been linked to CMS Crows. Not sure if he has signed with them though
