What is the early season verdict on Two Wells?

The Roosters have now lost 3 in a row to the 3 sides likely to be the top 3 (Balaklava, Virginia and Mallala) and have only beaten Hamley Bridge and the Eagles.

Are they a real challenger to a top 2 position or an also ran?

What's the margin in each of those three losses? Around a goal?

Probably combinded margain of 10 points over those 3 games

Up by 6 goals at quater time last week and lost, and yesterday lost by 3 points without Feast on board. They'll be up there alright but they're letting these other teams know now that they are beatable.

They'll be a contender come finals time. It was an awful game on Saturday. The skill level was very ordinary. Two Wells were the better performing side for most of the day and thats without some quality players in Feast, L. Allmond, K. Leighton and Pontt. They could quite easily have won all three of these games and be sitting on top. Definately not writing them off.

Mallala 9.11 (65) d Two Wells 9.8 (62) by three points.
Balaklava 25.14 (164) d United 5.2 (32) by 132 points.
Virginia 15.11 (101) d HW Eagles 7.11 (53) by 48 points.

We have a new leader in the tipping comp - well, three of them. BOMBERS had the perfect opportunity to take an outright lead but erred on the Mallala margin and went big! So, he joins wangas#4 and Hazbeen, along with previous outright leader, UNDERthePACK, on 26 points.
Six tipsters had perfect round of six points, particularly impressive has been norm11's form, rising from mid-table to be two points behind the leading group after two perfect rounds in a row. Hazbeen also shared in the thrill of going back to back with perfect scores.
The Big Shrek, hanno_7 and Dizzee Rascal are all in touch after a perfect round score this week.
mighty hounds has dropped to the foot of the table with infinity+1, while Mythical Creature and Bob Loblaw can start planning for next year.
Nighthawk has been scratched after three consecutive zeros.
