Interesting when you see people lining up to buy petrol when it is 'cheaper' for the sake of saving $5 or $6 when given how impatient some people can be in this world, I wonder if you were about to put your $100 worth of groceries through the checkout and then an employee of the supermarket came up and said "you'll have to wait half an hour but if you come through this checkout it will only cost you $94" whether the same people would go for that?

In different news, FC thinks that E.T is still a brilliant film, 30 years on.

I remember lining up for what seemed like hours to go and see it when it first came out at the Hindley Street cinemas (before it became the new Downtown)
