Depends on how badly. I was 4 weeks with a minor one, many years ago (with just rest, no physio/rehab).

I need to know what the deal is with all the people riding along in the background of the rowing... clearly they're not random bike riders?
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

Seems a bit pointless for a couple of reasons:

1) They're too far away to hear anything they've got to say because;

2) They'd all just be yelling over each other anyway..

I think you'll find it used for pacing purposes, technique observation and if needs be "encouragement".

Does lower back pain - like just above the coccyx - indicate kidney disease? I've used painkillers for a couple of years on a regular basis for chronic headaches, and I mentioned to a mate the other day, 'I've done my back in somehow, it's been aching for two days straight' and she said 'It's probably your kidneys. They're probably all shrivelled up from your headache meds. You should go and get them checked out.' :shock: I can't get in to see my doctor, and I have sworn never to google a medical condition again.

I've had something stuck in my sinus for 4 days now and it's driving me insane, constant sneezing, watery eyes, getting an earache, does anyone know what to try to dislodge it?

Sounds a bit too low in the back to be kidney related.

Try a sinus rinse LM, you can buy them for about $10 from the chemist - they usually work a treat.

LOL - You didn't want to Google it, so thought the resident medico's on SA Footy might be a better starting point. :D

I'd try a doctor. ;)
