I tried two years ago.
Publicly I was shot down in flames.
Privately every man and his dog backed me.
Someone else's turn now.

Big meeting tonight.
Will end up with all the respect in the world for the PLFL board... Or none at all.

Im a little confused here
What happened?
MPFC ordered to sit before a hearing and then lost 2 home games?
Is this for calling an official a 'r......' ?

Re: EP Football - PLFL, GFFL, MWFL, FWFL, EEFL
I just got the full story from a league delegate
At Mallee Park on Saturday Waybacks and the umpires were locked out of the
Change rooms at half time. a group of Pecker supporters surrounded the umpires
and made verbal threats to them.
After 10 min JJ who had been there the whole time said
Oh cant you guys get in ?
and through them a set of keys.
Corey Fielder was umpiring that game and after being intimidated has chosen not to umpire again.
The Umpires Panel are livid as you can imagine.
An PLFL official got a number of emails from a MPFC official accusing him of being a racist etc and he has now resigned from League. The League called a meeting with Mallees and have taken away their remaining two home games as punishment.
Does anyone think this is enough punishment?

Why shouldn't that sort of behavour be referred to the SANFL, at least the zone commissioner.Any umpire or visiting side should not have to tolerate that crap. A disgrace!!!!

Otherwise if nothing happens we could have a nasty incident after a game involving an umpire.
Didn't Far West have situation some years ago where an umpire was attacked after a game?

So if abusing/threatening umpires and sending obscene emails to officials causes you to lose a home game I will have to remember that when we have a home game at ravendale next!
Does anyone have the PLFL email adress?
Is losing home games even a penalty for them? they would probably think "Good, we dont have to set up the ground or canteen/bar or clean up after' We can trash someone elses ground"

Whats it got to do with cricket?
At least the PLCA had the balls to kick them out when warranted.

All the kents sending me PM's about this stuff, don't.
If you care about the issue, talk to your club, talk to a delegate, e-mail the board, write a letter, do whatever, don't bother me with it.
I am past giving a toss about that muppet footy club.

Not talking about the association, more your reference to the soft cocks and the computer screen warrior. Just adding to the example. I am sure that you know the type i was talking about!!
