Medal hopes:
Rangers: Parker will be MRFC's highest vote getter, but they didn't win enough games.
Bostons: Sunny Singh will be Tigers best, but see above.
Mallees: Mallee Miller will be the best, but likely third will be as high as he goes.
Souths: Even spread, Paul White even missing games will be their best.
Tasmans: Reece Francis will poll well, IMO will be runner up.
Waybacks: The Keatley show again.

My tips:
1: Keatley
2: Francis
3: M Miller

Not sure what to take out of Saturday's game at Ravendale, except Demons have improved considerably since Round 5.
Tasmans without McCurry, Melzner, K Campbell, Frost, Christian, Wagner and Clements so a few changes to be made for their next game.
Waybacks also missing a couple who should be available this week.
Souths appeared close to full strength. Jantke and Castley missing but Lakin was named for his 4th game of the year, presumably to qualify for finals.
Good luck to all the teams involved in finals.

League;
Elimination Final:
Wayback versus Lincoln South
Qualifying Final:
Tasman versus Mallee Park
The Two's;
Elimination Final:
Marble Range versus Lincoln South
Qualifying Final:
Mallee Park versus Wayback

Won't bother with the under 17's, Boston's are undefeated, no-one's going to get within a bull's roar of them- will put the house on that.

Speaking from experience there BB. Just because you're undefeated doesn't mean you're invincible.

I used to be happy beating Kimba anytime (although rare at that time), but an undefeated Kimba team in a grand final would be pretty good.

Dogger had a run in the twos and was good and gonzo missed through work. Both handy plus reckon Bobo will come under strong consideration

Last year the difference was that each time Tassies played Bostons, they were all bloody close, tight games (GF was 1 point IIRC and the first final they played was only like 4 points), so Bostons were up there against them.
This year Bostons have been untouchable, and while I would rather have seen a few wins by the League side, the under 17's have been well drilled, and no-one's been able to challenge them (I think the worst game they played they only won by 8 goals).

Anything can happen, I'll eat my hat if I'm wrong, but whilst the League race is wide open, the 17's should be a given.

Dunno, I remember Tasmans in 2007 when they were going to appeal the grand final result cause they thaught MR played an un-qualified player, when all it was was that they didn't understand the rules correctly.
