I'd have just 3 of your back six in my TOY OnSong. You'd be in there.

That's fair enough, 3 out of 6 ain't bad :D
Who else would you have put in there?

Don't agree with James at chf the rest pretty good

I do, he's a very handy forward, good set of hands and doesn't get flustered in front of the sticks.

Rucked this year but more so forced into that role. Played predominantly as a forward last year.

Hardiman kicked almost 50 from chf which was more then any other chf by far, don't reckon James got over 20. How's that work? Ps maybe take your Smithfield eye off ;)

Hardiman was unlucky to some degree but I guess I changed selection policy in this instance as most of them I have picked with their position on the field in mind.

His form dipped heavily in the middle stages of the season before bobbing up with eight goals against HWE later on.

James was great in the ruck, as was Walker and Feast, but James was predominantly playing out of position.

As always, there are unlucky omissions.

Wilkey, Hardiman, Hart, Craig Young, Shane Hanson (kicked two less than Hardi in one less game, playing in nearly every position on the park)

I also felt I didn't quite get enough of Mallala in there but couldn't think who else had stood out this year.

Hahn was handy but probably not as good as Hardi or Hanson but I couldn't justify having just two Magpies in that team of 22 and he also averaged more than three and a half goals a game.

So the proportionate selections are:

TW: 6
V: 5
B: 4
M: 3
HB: 2
U: 1
HWE: 1

 Point taken, I was always a big advocate for telling the coach to chuck him up forward in a close one. I think I only saw 2 Virginia games this season anyway so it's not as though opinion is worth two pinches of shit.

Isn't it the Team of THIS year? Doesn't matter what he did last year, next year or any other year bar this current year. Hardiman was clearly the most productive, dangerous and consistent CHF this season. Ya slipping .....

definarwly would have had yourself in over brad Michael though. Good eyes with Sam Baker is often underrated. Same with Bryce Hart he was one of the main reasons for Two Wells run of victories once he moved to half back.

With Brad, I guess I've seen the way he's gone about it this year and went from playing reserves last year to one of the first picked every week.

Hart was a surprise packet too. Very impressive when returning from injury.

Yeh every club has blokes like that u just had the inside view. I did my team before finals and had Hardiman CHF but after watching him and James through the finals I tend to agree with James as the choice. Big time players find somethin in finals. Although like a few have said he was predominantly a ruckman I always think u can sneak a few of the players to positions u would have them if they wernt relied on in there weekly team. Him. Feast and walker clearly the best 3 big men.

x2

A bath is a bit rich in a pretty competitive game. Oliver struggled on Lee Allmond early on and I don't even know who Jarred Allmond was supposed to be on but I didn't see many baths out there.
